Grace Bonds Glasgow

Mrs. Grace Bonds Glasgow was born on Wednesday, August 1, 1923, daughter of the late E. D. and Lenna Dexter Bonds. Mrs. Glasgow died Monday August 11, 2008, at the family residence in Trumann, Ark., at the age of 85 years 0 months and 10 days. She was born in Iuka, Miss., and had lived in Trumann for the past 40 years. Mrs. Glasgow was a retired government employee, former employee of Parker Hannifin and a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Glasgow, one sister, four brothers and her parents. Survivors include a sister, Lois Walton of Trumann and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 10:00 A.M. at the Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trumann with Dr. Jim Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann. Active pallbearers will be Donald Walton, Don D.
