My grandfather was the best man I ever met. He was so helpful to me and my family. He was the best listener and friend to my husband which meant the world. They would talk about politics for an hour and learn from each other. He treated my kids the best and I will love him forever. Anyone who ever met him will surely never forget him. God has a wonderful Angel with him now. Grandma, we will take care of you now and if you need anything we will be here. Love you always.Jill

Grandad will be dearly missed by my family. I loved him and will miss him. He and my husband Chris could sit around and talk about work, work, and more work...about the farm, weather, and more work. Ha! He loved my kids "Kristen & Clay". Clay( 2 1/2 yrs old) could crawl up in Grandad's lap and HUG his neck as hard as he could. Grandad on occasion would get in the floor and play with him. Grandad always told me to be responsible, reliable, and work hard.
