Charles E. ParksCharles E. Parks, 89 of Trumann died Monday at Trumann Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Harrisburg, Ark., May 9, 1918, and had lived in Trumann for the past 40 years. He was retired from the Singer Company and a member of the First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Kate Lindsey Parks and his second wife, Lucille
