Bobby Neal Mitchell
February 11, 1948 - January 15, 2007

Mr. Bobby Neal Mitchell was born on Wednesday, February 11, 1948, son of the late John Neal and Wilma Elizabeth Dickens Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell died Monday, January 15, 2007 at the age of 58 years, 11 Months and 4 days. Born and a lifetime resident of Trumann he was an employee of the Trumann Water Works and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by one sister, and his parents. Survivors include his wife, Deborah K. Mitchell of the home; two daughters, Karen Mitchell of the Home and Marilyn Mitchell of the home; a son, Coly Neal Mitchell of the home; five sisters, Faye Roberts of Horseshoe Lake, Ark., Mary Mitchell of Trumann, Judy Lloyd of Jonesboro, Doris Mitchell of Dunedin, Fla., and Terri Harville of Joppa, Ill.; two brothers, Buddy Mitchell and Michael Mitchell both of Paragould; and three grandchildren, Jessica Danielle Mitchell, Anna Claire Ballard and Emily Grace Witt. Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 17th at 2:00 p.m. at Jonesboro Memorial Park, with Rev. Michael Taber officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Mike Hardin, J.R. Haville, Gary Puryear, Corky Puryear, Bobby Kirkland and Mike McAnally.     It has been a long time since I've seen Bobby and his brothers and sisters, but I remember you all as if it were yesterday. Bobby and I were best friends for many years. You all were dear to me, as if you were my own family. When Bobby and I were young we traveled about together to find work. I met Bobby in Rockford, Illinois in 1967.     To all the family of Bobby i am truely sorry for your loss there is no words to say because we all have prob have lost a loved one in our lives. but when i was married to Jimmy Blagg i knew Bobby and Buddy, i recall one morning i was driving a little maverick car and i was taking my youngest son to school and buddy came by and gave us a ride i dropped wayne off and he gave me enough of gas to get home , at the time i lived there the people were nice folks and would help you any way and the Mitchells were one of those family Bobby will be missed i know . my deepest sympaties Linda Taber Blagg Brooks
