Sue Fagan
January 24, 1938 - January 21, 2021

Mrs. Cora Sue “Susie” Fagan of Trumann departed this life on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Three Rivers Nursing and Rehab in Marked Tree, AR at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 28 days.  She was born Monday, January 24, 1938 in Belmont, Mississippi to the late Otho and Hazel Taylor Vinson and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  Sue was retired from Salant & Salant in Marked Tree.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Vinson and Carroll Vinson; three sisters, Billie Jean Killian, Willa Presley, and Fredia Vick; and her parents.       She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Billy Fagan of the home; one son, Mark (Becky) Fagan of Trumann; one daughter, Tammie Mabe of Trumann, one sister, Linda Welch of Proctor,  three grandchildren, Matthew (Courtney) Mabe of Trumann, Mikka (Tyler) Brooks of Trumann and Nicole (Ryan) Bane of Jonesboro; and six great-grandchildren, Madison Brown, Asher Cole Mabe, Preslee Bane, Bonham Bane, Rae Leigh Brooks and Conner Bane.         Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.  A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev.  Ricky Forbis officiating.  Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.       Pallbearers will be Junior Chaffin, Tim Halfacre, Mike Bell, Richard Holt, Joey Fagan and Matthew Mabe.   In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing will be required along with face masks and the signing of a COVID-19 form.         An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
