Judy Fay Bandy
January 8, 1947 - July 9, 2022

Judy Fay Moore Bandy of Trumann went to be with the Lord  on July 9, 2022 at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro at the age of 75. She was born on January 8, 1947 in Dyess, Ark., to the late Orval Elmer (Ben) and Opal Juanita Richards Moore. Judy was born and lived a few farms from Johnny Cash home place before moving to Trumann to start school. She attended Arkansas State University. Judy was retired from St. Bernards Hospital after 36 years where she worked as Senior Unit Coordinator on the Labor and Delivery floor and was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trumann. Judy was preceded in death by her parents. Judy is survived by one son, Paul Bandy and wife Melissa of Trumann; two grandchildren, Allen and Felishia Bandy; one sister, Linda Moore of Trumann who was her caregiver the last few weeks; four Texas cousins, Barbara (Carl) Presley, Alice (James) Hicks, Eliss (Linda) Dunkin and Jerry (Carolyn) Dunkin. A celebration of life will be Monday, July11th at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Duffel officiating.  Burial will be private at Leachville Cemetery in Leachville, Ark. In compliance with Covid-19 restrictions, face masks or other facial coverings and social distancing is optional. Online guest book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
