Katherine Ava Foster
July 31, 1938 - December 21, 2022

Mrs. Katherine Foster departed this life Wednesday, December 21st at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. AR at the age of 84 years, 4 months and 21 days.  She was born Sunday, July 31, 1938 in and a lifetime resident of Trumann.   She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, two brothers and her parents, Avery and Vivian Poff West.        She is survived by her husband of  61 years, Joseph Foster of the home; and one son, Jerry Foster and fiancee Stacey Dickerson.       Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home  in Trumann.  A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.  Rick Emery officiating.  Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, AR.         Pallbearers will be Todd Foster, Josh Foster, Ronnie Foster, Dusty Rhoads, Jason Hall, and Jamie Dickerson.         In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is optional and social distancing will be observed.       An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net
