Penelope "Penny" Dawn Patterson
December 8, 1969 - March 12, 2024

Penny Sutton Patterson passed away Tuesday, March  12th at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 54 years, 3 months and 4 days.  She was born Monday, December 8, 1969 in Trumann and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann.  She was employed by Honey Baked Ham and of the Assembly of God faith.  Penny loved to shop, an animal lover and traveling with family and friends.        Penny is survived by her husband, Patrick Patterson of the home; one son, Chandler (Celsey) Hammonds of Bay; one daughter, Hillary (Jake) Breytspraak of Trumann; step-son. Payton (Maddie) Patterson of Trumann; step-daughter, Stella Patterson of Trumann; her parents, Coy and Phyllis Walker Sutton of Harrisburg; three brothers, Jody (Dalyn) Sutton, John (Amber) Sutton of Harrisburg and Zack Hammons of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Sylas Breytspraak and Aspen Patterson. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.  A celebration of life will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with David Smith officiating.   Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.       Pallbearers will be Gatlin Sutton, Kylan Sutton, Cameron Sutton, Jace Sutton, Jay DeFord, and Erick Palacios.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Burnett, John Matthews, Donald Pratt and Donald Ray Ford.       An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net
