Teddy Randall Hooton
September 21, 1946 - January 18, 2017

Mr. Teddy Randall Hooton of Trumann departed this life on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 70 years, 3 months and 28 days. He was born Saturday, September 21, 1946 in Jonesboro, Ark., and lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a retired truck driver with TFE and of the Church of Christ faith. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred and Kenneth Hooton; and his parents, Ralph and Thelma Babb Hooton. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jan Boyd Hooton of the home; three daughters, Samantha (Tim) Vickers of Walnut Ridge, Mable Hooton Barnett of Pocahontas, and Megan (Tyson Wade) Hooton; three sons, Teddy Randall (Dena) Hooton of Jonesboro, Christopher Ralph Hooton of Pocahontas, and Justin Hooton of Trumann; and 8 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 1:00 to 2:00 at the Church of God of Prophecy, 3605 Race St in Jonesboro, Ark. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Gerald Vickers officiating. Burial will be private. An online guest book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
