Barry Hazelwood
December 31, 1962 - October 21, 2024

Barry Hazelwood of Trumann, departed this life on Monday, October 21, 2024 at the age of 61 years,9 months and 21 days. He was born in and a lifetime resident of Trumann. Barry was a truck driver for Atlas Asphalt and of the Baptist faith.  He loved meeting with his friends and drinking coffee.  He was preceded in death by  his parents, George Simon and Bonnie Sue Milligan Hazelwood.                         He is survived by one daughter, Brooke Hazelwood of Trumann;  one brother, Kevin (Denise) Hazelwood of Trumann; two sisters, Debbie (Norman Jr.) Francis of Trumann and Barbara (Joe) Hamilton of Jonesboro; five nieces and nephews, Holly Wells, Ged Hamilton, Joey Hamilton, Blake Hazelwood, and Rachel Toa  and a host of other family and friends.      All services will be private.          Online guest book can be signed at  www.thompsonfuneralhome.net

    When I worked for The Trumann police department I would always stop in to see Berry at the trumann gas station on 69 and he was a fun guy to talk to and was always kind to me. I will miss him and deepest condolences to the family.
