  1. Matthew J. Prunty III, Fayetteville Arkansas says

I simply cannot express the feelings of grief for one of the kindest women and mom's that I have ever known. I was acquainted with Mr and Mrs Hudghens all of my life. I became acquainted first with her mother, (Mrs Nellie) as a small child at the bus station every morning, along with Regina, Michael, Faron and Scott. Later I sat in their home, ate many meals, watched many movies and was a guest in their home as a friend and surrogate son years later. They were and are my second family. All of us are still the kids we were, even though we live miles apart. I want to thank Mr and Mrs Hudghens for a young life well remembered, for their caring trust and open hearts, for their kindness, their inclusion and for the friends I made with all their kids, the acquaintances I made with family members I made, and for every memory I have. Thank you for showing inclusiveness and love you both showed me. It is Never forgotten I love and miss you both. GOD keep and hold you both.

  3. Ricky Nooner, Pine Bluff says

There will never be another like Sis. Pauline Hudgens. She was one of the sweetest and kindest person I've ever met. I know she's in Heaven reunited with her husband. Prayers to the Brooks and Hudgens family during this time.

  4. Sonya Burdo, Harrisburg, AR says

No words can express how heavy my heart is. You were the best mother-in-law I could have ever asked for and short Granny to Brittany and Tory. You gave unconditional love no matter the situation. You helped with our kids so much. I don’t know how we could have ever managed raising them without your help and Grandpa’s too. Now you are reunited with him and all your other loved ones. I pray for God’s comfort and peace to you all…Mike, Faron, Regina and Nathan and your families.

  5. Tommy Nolen, Conway, AR says

Scotty, I am sorry to hear of your loss. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers today and the days to come. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted". Matthew 5:4
