Troy Lee Wilson
December 20, 1960 - November 27, 2024

Mr. Troy Lee Wilson, 63,  of Trumann Ark  departed this life on Wednesday, November  27, 2024 at Gosnell Nursing Home in Gosnell AR.  He was born December 20, 1960 at Judd Hill Ark.  He was the son of the late Mary Lee (Scott) Richardson. Troy attended Trumann Schools. He entered the U.S Army National Guard in October of 1978  Fort Leonard MO. Troy later worked on the Riverboat until 1984. At the age of 23, Troy suffered a head injury which lead to his disability. As his health continue to decline, he was placed in Trail Run Nursing home in Trumann, then relocating to Plantation Homes for a temporary time before final relocating to Gosnell Nursing Home. Troy was a member of New Rising Sun Church, then attending services at the nursing homes.   Troy is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Richardson; two brothers, Terry Richardson, John Wesley Scott; his grandparents, Rev. C.C. & Mattie Scott; two uncles; two aunts; one brother-in law and two cousins. He is survived by two sons, Louis (Terri) Wilson of Jonesboro; Chris (Mariana) Norman of Yuma, Arizona; one daughter, Buffy (Billy) McCorkle of Trumann; Seven grandchildren and Nine great -grandchildren. He also leaves to cherish his memory three brothers, James (Linda) Jamison, Richard Joiner of Trumann, Tommy Richardson of Jonesboro; two sisters, Lucy Sullivan of Omaha NE, Mattie (Sylvester) Wortham of Trumann; two special cousins that were raised as brother and sister to him, Edward Harris, Marie (Carter) Matheson of Trumann,   And Very Special Friend, Sherry Turrentine of Plantation Home of Trumann.
