Joyce Privett
January 19, 1942 - January 19, 2025

Mrs. Joyce Wandalee Privett of Harrisburg departed this life on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 83 years.  She was born Monday, January 19, 1942 in Trumann, AR to the late Russell and Edith Kirby Jones and lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann area.  She was retired farmer and factory worker and a member of McCormick Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by three husbands, Harold Wayne Beard, Billy Joe Savage and Joseph Privett; one son, Paul Heath Savage; two brothers, C.A. Jones and Larry Jones; one sister, Juanita Saunders; son-in-law, Charlie Stark; two grandchildren, Gary Allen Beard and Jonathan Beard and her parents. She is survived by two sons, Gary (Sandra) Beard of Trumann and Mark (Jennifer) Beard of Harrisburg; one daughter, Sandra Stark of Benton, AR; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.       Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 at McCormick Baptist Church, 10301 Priestly Lane. A Celebration of Life will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Rick Kimery officiating.  Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.         Pallbearers will be Kyle Beard, Cody Stark, Ethan Roberts, Cameron Stark and  Joseph Savage.  Honorary pallbearers are Gaylon Lowery and Austin Lowery.       An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
