Sandra Mullins of Knoxville, IA, formerly of Trumann, departed this life Friday, May 15, 2026, at Mercy One Hospital in Des Moines, IA at the age of 59 years and 17 days. She was born April 28, 1967, in Nashville, TN to the late Jerry Haley and Dora Ann Talbot Haley. She was a 1985 graduate of Trumann High School, attended the Arkansas Academy of Hair Design, a caregiver and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Mullins; her parents; and one sister Jerri Ann Cotton. She is survived by two daughters; Melaney (Jake Wymore) Mullins, Heather Mullins both of Knoxville, IA; three sisters, Regina (James) McGuire of Jonesboro, AR Lisa (David) Richardson of Trumann, AR, Toni (Denny) Fisher of Blaire, NE; two grandchildren, Riley and Kaya Mullins of Knoxville, IA; several nieces and nephews; best friend of many years, Michelle Beck of Norwalk, IA and a host of friends. Graveside service will be Wednesday, May 27th at 2:00 P.M. at Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro with Michael Hudgens officiating under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home.     Sandra was the sweetest, most precious cousin. She was the youngest of all of us growing up as children on South12th street, Nashville Tn. At our grandmother Haley’s house.
