THANKS FOR THE LESSONS

  3. Karen Hamilton, Conway Arkansas says

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Mr.Huckabee. I was saddened to know he had passed away. This was a man everybody loved that knew him. He coached my boys in the Jr.Babe Ruth league at Whitehall for Coca Cola. Then my oldest son in the Whitehall Allstars. He had such a kindred spirit he taught the boys that if they lost and they played their hardest accept it go on.It wasn't all about winning it was what he prepared them to be through life because your not going to win all the time he said so pull yourself up by your boot straps and go on. That's not the way it is anymore. The Jr.Babe Ruth World Series will be held in Pine Bluff in 2015 I sure wish he would have been able to see that.He loved baseball for sure. The Angels are rejoicing and they welcomed him with arms open. So Rest in Peace dear sweet man.Karen Hamilton
