Mr. Jessie Karl Morrison was born on Wednesday, February 7, 1951, son of the late Elvis and Murline Hervey Morrison. He died Friday, January 28, 2011 at the V.A. Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn., at the age of 59 years 11 months and 21 days. Mr. Morrison was born and a lifetime resident of Trumann. He was a retired machinist, veteran U. S. Army and of the protestant faith. He enjoyed hunting , fishing and restoring old cars. Mr. Morrison was the son of the late Elvis and Murline Hervey Morrison. Survivors include one daughter, Melissa Boyle of Trumann; one son, Scottie Morrison of Trumann; two sisters, Katherine Thompson of Trumann and Carolyn Hargrove of O

    Jessie was my brother and I willmiss him so much. He was such a giving and loving person especialyto the kids that went to the auction he always had candy in hispockets for the kids, and they dearly loved him. He died a verypeaceful death and he was readyfor the lord. He said this pastyear was the happiest year thathe had in forty years becausehe was loved and taken care eventhough he was sick. Even thoughhe was not allowed to stay in his home he was very happy livingwith my sister katherine.
