Long time Jonesboro, AR business owner, Rosemary Miller of Trumann passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR. She was born June 20, 1947 in Blytheville, AR to the late Henry Clayton Oxford and Virdie Valentine (Ragsdale) Oxford. Rosemary was owner and operator of Tri State Window and Door in Jonesboro, AR from 1985 until her retirement. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Trumann. Rosemary was an avid reader and loved James Patterson novels. Her favorite TV shows were Law and Order and Dr. Pimple Popper, she loved to pop pimples! Rosemary was an excellent gardener, her lawn was covered with flowers and trees she grew from seed. If asked where a certain plant would go she would respond “there’s always room for one more.“ In recent years she loved travel with Bob. The thing she loved most in life was her family especially her grandchildren and her two pets, Phoebe and Pepper. She will be laid to rest in a family plot in Elmwood Cemetery in Blytheville, AR. Rosemary was preceded in death by both parents, her previous spouse John Miller, sister Earlene Mills, brothers, Henry Clayton (Hank) Oxford, Jr., Richard Allen (Tommy) Oxford, and Jerald Wayne (Runt) Oxford. She was preceded in death by her husband John Thomas Miller; and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) Escue; daughter, Regina (Kevin)Heatherly of Trumann; son, Donald Ray (Julia) Gray of Bay, AR; 2 bonus daughters, Leslie and Amy; bonus son, Michael; sister Fannie Ellen Douglas and Mayola Oxford Cox both of Trumann, AR; 5 grandchildren, 6 bonus-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and cherished nieces and nephews as well as friends who were like family and too numerous to count. The family will receive friends Friday, July 24th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m at Thompson Funeral Home with Revs. Kevin Carter, Phillip Lewallen and Larry Loggins officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Blytheville, AR. Pallbearers will be Adam Taylor, Nathan Taylor, Tristan Thompson, Kevin Heatherly, Jeff Synder, Tony Kerley and Todd Caldwell.
